I offer my prayers and condolences. Bill was a very kind and caring man and I will miss him. Bill was truly a man's man! My first job with the lottery was in the Security Department. I have a lot of fond memories of the times we shared. Bill was also a friend of my father for over 40 years- oh the stories that they both told! Truly priceless stories.
