Dear Jane and Family,
Mother and I are thinking of you. I am visiting from California and just learned of Bill's death. We were so glad to find his obituary online and want to send you our deepest sympathy. He was such a good friend to us both, and to all generations of the Holan-Laundy-Wolfe-Kliman family. We will continue to think of you and will always remember him -- with great admiration and deep affection.
Our love, Harriet and Betty

It was my privilege to know Bill through SkiDocs and the Innominatum Society. He did indeed have a 'gleam in his eye', and an 'enthusiasm for living'! I remember him with great pleasure. (What a great photo of him!)

Dr. Huffman became my doctor when I was only 18 months old and for as long as I live, he will be one of 2 MDs' who have allowed me to live a productive and caring life. He showed me a gentle kindness and understood the fears of a sick child. He shared his knowledge with my parents and gave us all hope that life would be "normal" one day. As I near my 6th decade in good health, I am grateful that he was a major part of my life.
Thank you to his family for sharing him with mine.
