Not sure what to say?

I am hearing of Bills death over a year later. He was a close family friend and my last connection to my parents generation. He was a great man, loved and respected by many.

Dean Overman made a very wise choice when he chose Bill Huizingh. A truly inspiring educator, he taught my advanced accounting class at ASU. I shall always be grateful to him. Later, as a supporter of the Garden, we met again and his enthusiasm for the Botanical Garden was contagious. His memory will be cherished by all whose lives he touched.

I was privileged to learn from you. Thank you for your insight, compassion, and humor. God Speed.

(Class of 1984)

You will be missed.

I'm deeply sorrow for the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort be with you during your time of sorrow.

Dr. Huizingh impacted thousands of accounting students and supported CPAs in many ways. I knew I would always receive a thoughtful, wise answer to any question I asked, which occurred frequently after I become President & CEO of the Arizona Society of CPAs. Bill's integrity lives on in me and so many others.
