Not sure what to say?

As a kid, Wild Bill flew in the Gunnison County air show. While there were many amazing aircraft such as Stealth Fighters and P51s, I can still clearly remember, over 30 years later the raw power and sound of the rotary engine that Wild Bill flew so well. It is etched into my memory and I still love that today. Thank you for sharing your love of flight.

Only spent a little time with you Bill but I must say it was memorable. The Angels you hang out with will never be the same as their flying will be inverted and snappy. We all will miss you in Aviation. Blue skies forever,,,,

Wild Bill, I will never forget you and your beautiful smile, joyful laugh, and raunchy sense of humor. Rest in peace, friend.

Goodbye Uncle Bill. I will always know you as Uncle Betty Lou. The Hunsaker brothers have left quite a legacy.

GRANDPA BILL,
I WILL REMEMBER AND CHERISH THE TIMES WE SPENT TOGETHER. I WISH I COULD HAVE GOTTEN TO KNOW YOU BETTER. I RESPECT THE FACT YOU WERE A FREE SPIRIT AND LIVED LIFE TO THE FULLEST. I KNOW YOU WERE A INSPIRATION TO A LOT OF PEOPLE AND FOR THAT I LOOK UP TO YOU. I WILL MISS YOU. LOVE YOUR GRANDDAUGHTER DESERY

What a great pilot Bill must have been, years ago Bill briefly drove a truck for a living. He was one of the best drivers I had ever driven with, teaching me many skills. He would show up to leave for a trip to the coast wearing a pair of slacks and a pressed shirt looking more like the owner than the driver. Bill was known and respected everywhere. Rest in peace.
