He was a generous man, incrediblly, he always thought to ask about my welfare, and he gave me the opportunity to provide him. merchandise for his jobs. i travelled with him. once, we went to Vegas, then San Francisco for a plumbing trade show, finally ending up in Tahoe. That´s where i realized what a class sct Billy was. when i think of William, i always carry a smile, few people achieved so much in their lives. Keep the wind to your back billy

The entire Hurley Family, I was sorry to hear of the passing of 'Mr H' as we affectionately called Him.Whether we were sitting at a table at the Student Prince listening to Him and Rudy talk city politics or having dinner in Las Vegas and listening to Him tell us why Notre Dame will cover the spread, it was always worth the price of admission. I’m sure they broke the mold when they made Billy. It was never quiet at Elmcrest when he was around. The room was filled with stories, laughter, fun and maybe a cocktail or two. My departed hubby, JB, knew him better than I, but I remember him fondly. He was one of the good guys. My deepest sympathy to his family.
