He was such a great actor playing General Ross and Angus Tuck in Tuck Everlasting (2002). As Angus Tuck said to Winnie Foster in Tuck Everlasting. Don't be afraid of death Winnie be afraid of the unlive life-William Hurt as Angus Tuck. Tuck Everlasting (2002).

A special person and actor. No one else could have captured the gracious spirit he portrayed in "The Doctor". My favorite movie. Thank you William.
