I have known Bill since he was 15 years old and he wanted a job at my restaurant in Hammond Indiana. I gave him a job cleaning up mess and that was the start of him working for me at Hienies. He was a very kind man. When I was having teeth problems, his fries were the only one I could eat. He would deliver them himself. Great memories. What a wonderful, kindhearted person. Rest in peace. Food was always delicious too.
