I was saddened by the news of Bill's passing. My memories of Bill are; flyfishing, tying flies on Tuesday nights with Butch Adams and drinking our home brews.
As a Jusitice of the Peace Bill performed the marriage of my brother John and his wife Carol.
He was a very kind and intelligent person.
We lost touch but I will have always great memories of Bill.
My sincere condolences to Marty and the rest of the Jackson family.
