Bill was the secretary of the Radford Ministerial Association for many years. His minutes were full of humor and, sometimes, factual. They certainly were more entertaining than the actual meeting!! I am very sorry to hear of his passing and send condolences to Polly and the rest of his family. He was a wonderful person.
