I am so sorry to hear that Bill has passed away. I have such pleasant recollections of the several years Bill and I spent at MTC in the early 90s. Bill took great pride in his work and even more in his family. We had many conversations about the latest developments. He was a good man, and I will miss him. RIP, my friend.

It was a pleasure to know Bill and to work with him. He was a compassionate, honest, and loyal friend, and a truly dedicated professional. Bill was known for putting in long hours at the office to “get things right” and to help out his team. On the rare occasions that I found a minor error in his work or suggested a rewording, he was most appreciative. I once told him that his usually flawless writing would put editors like me out of business, to which he replied by listing every small mistake he’d made in the last year (the list was short but painful to him). His keen intelligence showed in his comprehensive approach to a subject and his clarity of expression, but that was matched by the gracious way he gave credit to others for the slightest contribution to his work. My heart goes out to his wonderful family, of whom he was most proud. I share your sadness in the loss of this truly extraordinary man but am grateful to have known him.

I started working with Bill in 1993 and he was always pushing us to provide the best service and highest quality deliverables to our clients. Bill always had an open door policy and our conversations helped make us all better consultants and better leaders. His unwavering dedication to his clients, colleagues, friends, and family will be missed.
