William G. James HERTFORD - William G. James, 90, of the 200 block of E. Grubb St., died Oct. 22, 2008. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Salem Baptist Church. Twiford Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, is in charge.
