Not sure what to say?

I am very sorry for your loss. Bill will be greatly missed at the Evart Roundup. I met him there and he taught me a lot about carving and sold me some very fine tools as well. He was a friendly, helpful and very kind man. We will miss him very much.

I knew Bill for many years and he was a great man, always had a kind word. He will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of his passing, my son, Connor mowed his lawn for a few years and we enjoyed having him as a neighbor the last 14 years. He was just an amazing and knowledgeable man, always so good with my kids and shared some of his love for wood carving with us too, he is greatly missed. We always enjoyed his gardening tips and sharing our vegetables with him too.

So sorry to hear of your loss,God Bless you and the family in this time of sorrow

A good and decent man who had the best Wife and raised 3 truly worthwhile children. His legacy lives on.

Bill will always be remembered by me as the guy who helped me with picking corn at my small farm west of Jackson. Bill was the only person, other than myself that I felt was a good enough operator of the corn picker and be safe doing it. We had many good memories with that small farming operation. Bill was a gentleman, a Christian, and he will be missed by his family and friends.

I am so sad to hear of Bills passing. I saw him at Office Depot and had a chance to talk with him a couple of weeks ago. Such a nice man. Our sympathy is with you Joleen and Bruce. Mary Anne Riley

My father and I knew Bill through the wood carving club he taught at Spring Arbor Senior Center. Bill was a kind, generous, patient, and loving man who enjoyed sharing his passion for wood carving. My father BEGAN woodcarving at the age of 93 and--thanks to Bill's inspiration--is still carving at the age of 102. Bill brought much joy to many people. We will miss him. In sympathy, Barbara Brown and Ronald Roush
