Art & Jarrett Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I was sad to hear of Bill's passing. He was a great guy.

Sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was a great guy and will be missed.

Dear Penie and family. My wife and I are so sorry to learn of Bills passing. He was great friends to my late parentsL Lou and Florence Tosches. In 2003 Bill helped my wife and I move from one home to another. He was a very loving and generous man. Again our condolence. God Bless you.

As our neighbor, Bill was an invaluable and beloved friend to all of us at 60 Ogden. Our acquaintance started when he helped my Mom climb into the house through the kitchen window after she had locked herself out. In his role as Justice of the Peace, he officiated at the marriage of Bob and me in 2000. Jarrett family I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I worked with Bill at Newfield Elementary School and was lucky enough to have known him and his family. He always had a smile when he talked about his wife and children, and I knew why. You are all in my Prayers Mr. K

I would always look forward to seeing Uncle Bill every time we would visit Connecticut. He had a wonderful sense of humor and I always appreciated how hed tolerate his annoying little nephew. I am forever grateful to have known him. All my love and prayers to his family and anyone blessed to have known him.

I always looked forward to seeing Uncle Bill ever time we visited Connecticut. He had a great sense of humor and I appreciated how he would put up with me. He loved his family with all his heart and I am forever grateful to have had him in my life.

Bill was a great neighbor who always worked hard. Our deepest sympathies. He is missed.
Mike & Carla Kerr.

Dear Penie and family Mike and I was so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We have such fond memories. One comes to mind and that was the day you kept us warm with your fireplace. We had a terrible ice storm and everyone lost power. Bill called and invited us over. Peace love and strength to you and the family. Much love, The Frattalones, Sandy Hook CT
