I met Bill through our mutual interest in the Jernigan family history. Then I had the pleasure of meeting both Bill and Inez in person at a Jernigan family reunion held in Pensacola, FL a few years ago. He was a very interesting and enthusiastic person and I will truly miss him. My sincere condolences go to Inez and the Jernigan family.
