Mr. Jessie taught me a lot as a new teacher in Mobile. I worked for him at Azalea Middle School. Mr. Jessie was a great man and leader. He was a mentor of mine and a great person of character. I think of him in high regards and miss his advice.

As I get older I have a greater appreciation of my Father daily. He was a great man that loved his family. He was always encouraging and willing help others. I am proud to be the son of such a great man and to walk in the legacy that he established.
