Dear Family,
I was Williams' second nurse to take care of him after his birth. I know how very much you all loved him and it showed by your frequent visits at his bedside. Not only were you blessed by his presence, but he was blessed by yours with every touch that you gave him. Even though I know you will truly miss him, he has certainly made an impact on my life and the life of his many nurses and doctors in the NICU. May God bless you and keep you.

To the family of William Thomas Jones Jr., words cannot begin to express how sorry I am for your loss. It was a pleasure to take care of your son while he was in the NICU.
