Condolences to the Joseph family who lost a dad and a husband. I first met Billy at teener baseball practice, a strong, handsome kid who had an arm that you couldn´t believe ! We grew to be good friends and remain close to his wife and children. I will remember Billy as a strong protecter and provider of his family. He always had a smile on his face and some kind words to say, with a great sense of humor Goodbye, my good friend!
