R.I.P. Billy...may your family find peace in the loss of you.

Dear Holly, Heather and all of the family, our deepest condolences. Billy always had a big smile and welcomed us warmly. He is missed tremendously and he is forever in our hearts. We are so very sorry for your loss. We love you.

I am so sorry for all of Bill's friends and family, especially his wife and children. Thinking of you all.

Warmly,
The Vassallo-Neligan Family

Dear Nancy, Heather, Chrissy, Holly, & Family, My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this most difficult time. Billy was sure fun to be around even when we were disagreeing about the best hockey and football teams and competing in quoits. Smile while remembering the great times you shared with Billy and let those memories help warm your hearts right now. Love, Doreen & Jim Romanchuk

Bill was a good person, I am sad to hear of his passing. My prayers are with his family at this time. May God give you strength.

I am so very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. My deepest sympathy to Bill's family and children. I know he loved his children more than anything and I hope they continue his legacy. Bill was loved by so many and deserved so much more out of life. I pray he has found his peace and that he knows he is not alone. We will all forever cherish the memories and good times shared with Bill. Fly high, Bill! Much love always.
