It was my pleasure to work with Bill in Newburgh City Government for several years. He was an honorable and dedicated individual. As city manager I always put my trust in his good legal cousel. He will be missed by all who knew him. He loved Newburgh and worked hard for many years to help improve the quality of life for all residents.
