Not sure what to say?

I was so sad to hear of Bill´s passing. I was a fellow classmate of his at Cobleskill. As a previous friend mentioned, we called him Grimace. When meeting him, you could feel his kindness. He always brought a smile to my face and he was a good friend to so many. He also brought many laughs to our group of friends. I truly feel blessed to have known him. May God bless your soul, Bill. I am so glad that God had us cross paths in life. Robin

Bill was a great father

Sending our condolences to everyone. Rest In Peace. Patrick and Jennifer Murphy (Gates)

I just learned of this very sad news. I knew Bill(we called him Grimace) from Cobleskill. He was the sweetest person and alway had a smile on his face. My fun memory of him is Halloween 1980. He dressed up as a woman and I was his stylist . LOL so much fun was that Halloween Party May you Rest In Peace my beautiful friend!

This is a sad day for Ballston Spa athletics and Ballston Spa high school. We have lost an outstanding student athlete in Bill. He was a great contributor to our football program, as was the entire Kelley family. Bill will always be remembered as a fierce competitor and an outstanding representative of our school and program. To the Kelley family, my deepest condolences. I am presently out of the country, but please know my heart and thoughts are with you at this time. God bless, Ron Ravena

Sad to hear of Bill´s passing our condolences to all the family at this time.

Our condolences to the Kelley family. Bill and family were long time friends to my family. R.I.P. Bill you will be missed by all. Jim Gaba and family.

When Billy first started working at the Sheriffs Department I worked several shifts with him. I am unable to recall anyone who was more pleasant to work with. He never had a bad word for anyone and always had that classic smile. We won´t see his like anytime soon. His life was very well lived.
