Not sure what to say?

Angela + family,

So sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. So a belated condolence goes out to all of you. My father Danny had so many good memories working with him at the Hartford Armory during his time there. He has since passed, but every time I was there I had to get introduced always and he was always jovial and cordial to me all the time. My dad and mom (Cecile) both considered him some of his best friends! Hope he is at peace at this time and you all have time to reflect...

I certainly have fond memories of General Kelly. He was the Commander of the first military unit I served with. Bill was both a role model and mentor for me during my 35 year military career. He was instrumental in encouraging me to earn a commission. He once said, "Kid, if you're going to be around for six years, why don't you go to Officer Candidate School and get something out of this?" The rest is history. Bill always had the greatest respect and concern for his men and in return received...

Rosanne and Paul, Sorry to hear of Rosanne's father's passing. Joan and I are wisshing you our sincerest regards. Rosanne, although I never met your dad, I can relate to his military career as I was also an Army officer for 3 years. Our hearts and prayers are with you now. Jim & Joan

Aunt Angela & all of my wonderful cousins,

I will miss my Uncle Bill, but I feel comforted by all of my warm memories of him. He was a terrific uncle, always giving and fun to be around. I will always remember my summers in CT with fond memories. To my Aunt and my cousins, you have my deepest sympathy and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time.

John and Family,
Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
Love, Elizabeth, Jim, Joyce Lozinski

Rosanne & Family,
May the many years of memories help you through this difficult time. My thoughts are with you.

I never had the honor of knowing Brig. Gen. Kelly. But in the brief time I have known his son, John, I am sure by Johns' character that Gen. Kelly was a strong, honorable and loving father and person. My sympathys go out to the entire Kelly family in this time of grief and loss. My prayers are with you.

My sympathy to the Kelly Family.

An old friend of Mom's

Bill was one of the fine officers I was fortunate to serve with. He was my executive officer in the Nike Hercules Battalion and I couldn't have succeeded without his help and expertise. A great and friendly person who we all will miss.
