Bill's time as the interim minister at the C.V. Community Chapel is one I will always remember. He was fun, caring, interested and understanding. Working with him was a great experience. His smile always lifted your spirits.

I have fond memories of Pastor Bill officiating mine and Rob's wedding in 1998. We were honored he was the one who officially joined us together as husband and wife. Now Father Bill was serious when it came to his duties but as wedding rehearsals go, there can be a lot of monkeying around.
