You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I remember Kemper from Ella and Weldon Williams Pig roast cookout. He was/is a good man. He will be greatly missed.

Bill once told me,he was born in the best time period he was able to watch milk and ice being delivered by horse driven wagons and a man landing on the moon.
He had a great joyful life!
