William KESTERMANN Obituary
News Death Notice
KESTERMANN, William E. (Bill) 82, of Liberty Township, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016. He was born March 17, 1933 in Hamilton, Ohio to parents Ernst and Amelia Kestermann. He graduated from Monroe High School in 1951. He began work at Production Plating Works in Lebanon, Ohio as an apprentice electrician under his father. He retired from Propipe Corporation in 1998. He served in the Army from 1953-1955 in the Military Police. Bill is survived by his wife of 60 years, Doris (Mehl) Kestermann; two sons, Fred (Linda) Kestermann of Monroe and William A. (Sharon) of Lemon Township; three daughters, Katherine (Eric) Barnes of Richmond, Indiana, Else Hollon of Hamilton and Hilda (Melvin) Linton of Monroe; nine grandchildren and six great -grandchildren; one brother, Rolf (Karen) Kestermann of Germantown. He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Heather Barnes. The family will receive friends at the Ivey Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, on Tuesday, February 9 from 9am until 11am with funeral services commencing at 11am. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in Bill's memory be made to the Butler County Farm Bureau Scholarship Fund, 2273 Millville Oxford Rd, Hamilton, Ohio 45013-3338. www.ivey-rosehill.com
