My sincere condolences to the family of Bill Kinney, especially for Elizabeth McNiel. In the fall of 2021, I enjoyed a lovely tour of Bennettsville with Elizabeth and Bill. We enjoyed learning in depth about Bennettsville. I recently attended the SC Historical Society Annual Meeting in Greenville SC and just learned of Bill´s passing. My prayers are going up for the family for comfort and peace.
