Read MoreI send my sincere condolences to Dr. Bill Kipp's family and friends. He was the Superintendent of the Redding School District when I was hired to teach in 1989. I taught at Cypress and Manzanita Elementary Schools for 19 years until I retired in 2008. Dr. Kipp was an outstanding educator and leader in Redding. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.

I worked under Dr. Kipp's leadership in the Redding School District. He was always very kind and had time to share a few words with me. He was forward thinking and really did care about the children and staff in the Redding School District. My condolences go out to Dr. Bill's family and friends. I am sure he shall be missed by many.
