My sincere condolences to the Kittelberg family. Bill was an easygoing guy whose calm demeanor was greatly appreciated amid the crazy hubbub of Parliament Hill. And... who could forget that radio voice. I can still hear those mellifluous tones as his adopted name rolled of the tongue during his TV sign-off.
