William C. "Bill" Klug

Dear Barbara and Bill (Billy):
How we all love your dad. Throughout our childhood and all the years since, your mom and dad were such wonderful supportive Christian friends of our folks and a big part of our memories in the Covenant Church and their New Year's gatherings with the "Missionette" group. Now my folks and yours will have their New Year's celebration together in heaven.
God bless and keep each of you. Please know how much I loved your folks... with heartfelt love of...

Our parents, Hans and Helen Hanson,spent many happy times with Bill and Marion over the course of a friendship lasting decades. (Marion was the bridal attendant at our parents' wedding December, 1944.)

Bill's enduring sense of humor was evident even following Marion's lovely memorial service. He commented to me at the reception, "The best thing about this is I get to hug all the women."
