I grew up with Bill as he was a good friend of my dad Phil Costanzo, I loved his laugh and laid back demeanor. I have great memories of him playing a mean saxophone !

Words cannot even begin to express our sorrow. Our neighbor Bill was a sports fan who played a mean saxophone. We will always remember Bill for his laid back demeanor who we could always count on giving us an update on our Cleveland Sports teams each and everyday. Our hearts are saddened by his loss and our thoughts and prayers are with Nancy and his family during this difficult time.
