Read MoreI just recently became aware of Bill´s passing. He was a wonderful person and mentor. I first met Bill when I started working for Pacific Bell at the San Francisco Onondaga (Juniper) office in the 1960s. I am forever grateful for everything he did for me. My father was a man of contrasts, with a sharp wit and a unique sense of humor. He faced personal challenges that sometimes led him to be harsh, but beneath that exterior, he cared deeply. His complexity was a part of who he was, and he will be remembered for all the facets of his character.
