William Kothe Obituary

KOTHE William "Bill" Adrian Kothe, age 56 years, of Belle Chasse, LA passed away on Friday, January 9, 2009 at the home of his sister and brother-in-law in Belle Chasse, LA. Bill was born on August 16, 1952 in New Orleans, LA to John William Kothe and Norma Corvers Kothe. Bill was a long-time resident of Belle Chasse, LA, having moved there with his family in 1956. He was a student at Belle Chasse High School and later served in the U.S. Army. For the past seven years he has been employed by Plaquemines Parish. Bill was an avid fisher and loved the outdoors. Bill is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Tanya Lee, (husband, Patrick) and grandchildren Savannah, J.P. and Wyatt of Hammond, LA; sister, Mrs. Marcia Small, (husband, Leonard) of Belle Chasse, LA; brother, John P. Kothe, (wife, Toni) of Angleton, TX. and other family members, Kirt and Kim Small and family, Timothy, Trisha and Jenifer Small, Rebecca Raymond and many other loving relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service from WESTSIDE/LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA, on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Inurnment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 9:00 AM until funeral time. For information, call 341-9421.
