Frank I just found out about Allen. I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm lost for words. The memories we shared in high school were priceless. Please accept my condolences to your family as well as his. My prayers are with all of you. lorraine truslow palmer

Tracy and for Nikki, deeply regret your loss, but do know we are thinking of you and your families. Do also know as evident already from the many kind words said about Rookie...God gave you memory so you may have roses in December...may the many wonderful memories of your loved one be your comfort roses in the days ahead.
The Bornholt Family

Frank, and all the Kruse family, May God surround you with his peace that passes all understanding. I don't pretend to know how you feel, losing Allen, but I do know what grief feels like, and my prayers are with you and your family. I am so sorry.
sincerely,
Terri Swope Somme (Dale's sister)

The Kruse family will miss Allen, but I will also miss the "Rookie" as I loved going out with him and all his antics and that contageous laugh and smile.I still have some T-shirts from the "Rookie" and I cried as my heart broke over our loss. But in the end Allen, I too will be creamated and put into the Gulf as that is one of "God's greatest gifts" for those who love the waters. Will pray for your family.

May God give you strength during this sad time. Many thoughts and prayers are with you from across the nation.

Allen on the "Rookie"

To all of the Kruse family: my deepest condolences at this most difficult time for you all. I have never met any of you, but read of Allen's death online. My heart goes out to you, and I will pray for you all, as you seek to heal after this tragedy.

I truly wish that I could have known Allen. He sounds like a good man who loved his family very much, loved his work and his friends and enjoyed his life immensely.

God's blessings to you.....

"Rookie" we will truly miss you. I will never forget your jolly laugh and going out deep sea fishing with you. We never went out when we did not catch a boat load of fish. Tracey, I am praying for you and your family. Know that we love you and hope to get down soon to visit with you all.

"Rookie" was one of the finest men i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will never forget his smile, his laugh and the way he shook his head at me when the "big one" would jump off of my line. God he made me laugh. Orange Beach will never be the same to me and every time i look at the ocean wherever i am, i will see Rookie's face. Tracey, i cannort imagine what you are feeling. Please know that i love you and the kids. See you soon.

May God be with you all through this trying time.
