Hello, My name is Prestan Neff one of Bill and Ora Lamas foster kids. I am deeply touched by your comments many of which have brought me to tears. I have taken care of him with Ora as much as I can for the last 3 and a half years, and it was very hard and still is everyday to wake up and not see him in his chair. It hurts so much, but seeing all the people who have loved him come forth right now means so much. Thank you all for your sympathies on behalf of the Lamas Family!
