Heard about Bill's passing just yesterday. Working together for 12 years at CBD was quite an experience that I'll never forget. He just had one of those unforgettable personalities!

We were deeply saddened to hear about 'Chops'. There was always fun when he was around. He entertained us with his forthright views, was loyal and highly respected by his peers. A real character and gentleman. I've still got my 'Hada Drinking Mug'. Our best wishes and prayers go out to Smiddy and the family. Janet and Paul Dandeker ex Saudi Arabia

I was a Liney at Dhahran and saw Chops off on flights and seen him in on his return many times Always a character and total gent. One of those people that you feel better for having met in your lifetime.
For myself and on behalf of the Dhahran Lineys who will not know of Bills passing Id like to add my condolences to his family for their loss

I'll never forget our Wednesday night get-togethers in Chop's villa on Aziziyah Compound, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Much laughter and plenty of SID. A true gentleman with a great spirit. You will be missed but never forgotten! My sincerest condolences to the Lamb family.
