Not sure what to say?

Mr. Lamb was my Horse Care teacher at BOCES in 1996. Our love of horses was shared and I learned much in his class. I have fond memories of him and my classmates. It was a great experience. Condolences to the family.

Mary, I´m so sorry to hear of Bill´s passing. He was such a wonderful person and such a trusted & valuable source of friendship to my step-father, CJ. The years we spent living next door to you and Bill, and the years that CJ and Bill and "the boys" spent outdoors together are certainly some of the most memorable and happy moments. I imagine that Bill and CJ are sharing a hug and looking down at each of us and thinking the same thing...just so many great moments that made life on earth so...

Mary, I'm so sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of Bill. I recall the first time I met him in 1992 with CJ Hebert. We had many deer hunting adventures over the years, Bill, CJ, Cliffy, Jim and I. I called today and found it odd he didn't pick up. I'll miss him dearly. My heartfelt condolences and Godspeed Bill.

Mary, I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm in shock, I always thought Bill would go on forever. I still remember the first time I met Bill with CJ Hebert. I enjoyed his company and we always invited him to hunt with us after CJ's passing. I still use to this day a couple expressions I first heard from him so long ago. We had so many laughs, hunts, good times together, Bill, CJ, Jim and I. I called today to talk to him about hunting this fall and found it odd he didn't pick it up. Godspeed, Bill.

Mary Nice obit. He touched many peoples lives. We will get together when your up to it. Handsome man Mary.

My Prayers Are With You All

I learned so much from Bill through The Care & Training of Standardbred Horses at the track, so much in fact I stayed there for years working full time for many horsemen & women! He said "every horse deserves your patience so be firm but be kind....kinda works for people too if ya know what I mean" then he would chuckle that infamous chuckle of his! Oh the stories he could tell. My heart goes out to Mary and the family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rest in peace old friend

Mary and family__I m sorry to you in the loss of your husband and to the rest of his family__your loved one. I use to call him shadow(he being quiet) and Mary(she being bubbly)__sparkles. Mr Boces sure taught alot of groups about the horses. I ll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers at such a sad time. Bert Muller

I owned & raced horses at Saratoga from the mid 70's to late 80's. Bill was a trainer /driver who I saw in the paddock frequently and shared some pleasantries with. Bill was always even keeled win or lose, and a class act! He made racing a little more fun! RIP!!
