The development community has lost an icon of progress. My father Frank introduced me to Mr. Landeg in the early seventies. Whenever a road required the right path, a sewer needed to be sized or a site had to be staked, my dad and I would turn to Bill for the answer. His knowledge of the industry and its participants made successes of many communities throughout Ohio.
