William E. "Bill" Larkin

Writing this on November 29, as I only read this obituary about Bill and Joan today. So sorry to hear about their passing. My husband and I loved seeing him and his basket during their walks in Huntington Park, and marveled at his wine-pouring skills at the weekly Friday evening gathering of dog owners!
