As I get this reminder of Dr. LaTorres passing 8 years ago, it seems just like yesterday. I think of my Dr. Bill with compassionate thoughts of what a good Doctor he was and he is so missed by many. I continue to pray for the family and friends he left behind that they find peace.

I met Bill in Indianapolis when he and my husband Frank Herring were students at Lincoln Chiropractic College. Bill & Frank both returned to St. Pete & opened chiropractic offices. Frank died in 1995. Bill will be missed. He was loved by many.
