Bill was my first Line Forman when I started with N.J. Bell August 17,1971. I was 22 yrs. old and just home from Vietnam. He taught me much during the time I worked for him. The photo you selected is perfect. I remember that look well; usually when he was agravated with me.Just a green kid learning the job.
