Cousin Billy! It shocks me that it has been 5 yrs since you left. My mom is now up there with you and she is has been probably hugging and kissing on you as your mom would. I know Uncle Jay is now with you also keeping talking of the memories of what has been had since you left. We love you and miss you!

Deepest condolences to his entire family and the tons of friends he has. Everytime I saw Bill he always smiled made me feel protected n loved. He walked me home from elementary school almost everyday or came over everyday. Loved fishing at the River!! We always were laughing so much when we hung out.
