William Leavell

I am so deeply saddened by the passing of Bill, a cherished colleague and mentor whose calm and gentle spirit touched us all. His unwavering patience, steadfast support, and quiet wisdom inspired everyone around him. Bill led by example, fostering growth and kindness in our workplace. He and Nan would always make us feel special by brining doughnuts or peaches to let us know they cared. His legacy and compassion and guidance will live in my heart forever.
Rest in peace, dear friend.

I worked with Bill at two different banks. He was always so kind and thoughtful,, always smiled and so easy to work with. He was very smart and never too busy to help you when needed. He went through so much physically, but never complained, always at work and ready to "get to work". I am grateful that I had the opportunity to know and work with him. Lynda Bilbrey Huffaker.
