Not sure what to say?

So very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was an upstanding, kind-hearted gentleman. I enjoyed our brief time as neighbors on the lake on Minnie Drive. May the many memories shared by friends and family of this special man bring you comfort. Thinking of you all at this difficult time.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

2007 Blessing ceremony with Bill, Billy Mills and me (Jim Flint) so great being at the Marin's Corp Marathon to support Running Strong foundation

Condolences to Pat and the family. I was the young hockey kid who used to hang around during the Port Huron Flag games in hopes of meeting Billy, which I eventually did. God be with you, RIP.

I am very sorry for your loss. I did not know Bill until later in life. Every time I saw Bill I would walk away thinking I wish I could be as nice a person as he is. He always inspired me to be better. I will always remember that and continue to strive to be more like my mentor and friend.

He became my favorite too., He was also a friend to my brother who played hockey and got to play with Port Huron once. Billy saw that my brother, Herb Leverton got the puck from the game.
