MR. Bill was always so much fun I met him at Oaklawn about 35 years ago I watched him bring his grand children and teach them the love of horse racing and watched as they grew up he was so proud of them. Every one who knew MR Bill loved him in his later years I would make some bets for him and he was so smart and could really pick winners I have a lovely picture of him with our friend Susan and myself on my desk he will always be remembered such a kind man.
