Not sure what to say?

As you drive, walk or as I ride my bicycle through the county, Bill and his fellow representatives work can be seen and heard all around you. With my days as a newspaper photographer, Bill was very cordial giving me access to capture him while the legislature was in session and when he was about in numerous county functions and events. I still don't smoke cigars though. Thank You Bill.

Bill served in the legislature with my dad (Rudolph Johnson) many years and he was a loving, kind, gentleman who called me Kimmie, I loved him and his family very much prayers go out to Mary, Rex, Trixie, Love you all,

Winston Churchill once said "We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give". By that standard Bill made a very good life and one he enjoyed fully with family and friends. I sure will miss him, but I feel so lucky to have known him.

Jack Goger

Fulton County Superior Court Judge
