I knew Bill for over 45 years. I was the family's babysitter in Atlanta and kept in touch ever since. I am very sad to learn of his passing and wish Dale and Scott my deepest condolences.

I worked for Bill when he was the Adjustments Branch Chief at Fresno Service Center. As a new Supervisor, I learned so much from him. He was always looking at how processes could be improved and was always willing to try new approaches. Such an honest and hard working man...........a mentor to many! RIP Bill, my friend!

I worked with Bill during his times at the Fresno IRS Service Center. He was always creative and looking for better ways of accomplishing his mission. He was intelligent and a very nice man. I know he will be missed -- my condolences to his family.

Bill was a friend, co- worker and mentor. I learned much from him over the years. He was a man of compassion, integrity and hard work. He was intelligent and very driven. I admired him and feel privileged to call him friend.

I enjoyed working with Bill while the two of us were employed at the IRS Service Center in Fresno, CA. Periodically, I would see Bill while he was employed at the Austin Service Center. Bill had an extremely and vast knowledge of the Adjustments function of the IRS.
