Not sure what to say?

Sissy, you're going to be always in my thoughts and prayers. I will miss having a big sister around to take the heat for me when I messed up...and you did it often enough Lord knows. I wouldn't be who I am if you hadn't been there. Love you.

Aunt Sissy, It is hard to explain how special you were to all of your nieces and nephews. You have been such a big part in our lives. You went from the very cool Aunt was always making us clothes, taking us shopping, letting us use your cool cars, to becoming like a Mom to us after Mom passed away. You became a Grandmother to my children, and someone I (we) could turn to for advise at any time. I will miss being able to pick up the phone and talk to you. Thank you for everything you did...

As much as we will miss her,we know that Aunt Sis is now comfortable and at peace. She is smiling and will watch over us all. I am sure that Grandma and Papa, Aunt Dee Dee and Uncle Gerry and Buddy's mom have all welcomed her with open arms. She will be our own guardian angel! Aunt Sissy was always there for all of us, and has hemmed more than her fair share of my boys pants! While we will miss her, we know how happy she must be now. She will be in our memories, and as Father said...

Genny & Buddy,

My arms are wrapped around and hugging you so tight right now. I am hurting so much from losing Genny. It must be a million times more crushing for you. I am so truly sorry that she had to leave you. It never something your ready for . Who can ever prepare for this kind of loss? Your friend and family are here for you and will do our best in helping you through this sad time. Your kind of love is once in a lifetime. It travels through time and space. It carries you...

Aunt Sissy was always up for an adventure, driving us all over creation to go to dog shows, movies, or (J & S) to look at snakes in Florida, and then on to explore the world with Buddy. We will miss her positive prescence in our lives and will carry her forever in our hearts.
Love from Colleen Mike and Hope

I remember sitting on the front porch with my brothers and sisters waiting . Here she'd come down the hill in her brand new "61" Chevy Impala convertible , scarf on, looking good, to take us shopping. My friends would ask "who's that girl?" I'd say " that ain't no girl, that's my Aunt Sissy !!". She always had a smile and a good word, upbeat, happy for anyone and everyone. These traits are in all of us ( nieces and nephews). Sissy, I'll always be your Jebby, and you're my Sissy forever....

Aunt Sis and Buddy:
