I don't know where to begin for the love that's in my heart for "Uncle Bill", and his entire family. I am an in-law, who has always been treated like family. His sence of humor was contagious, as he would laugh, after giving you a hard time with love. He was always there to help everyone, along with his best advice. You will be missed, you are loved deeply , and your family is fantastic. Thankyou Uncle Bill. My heartfelt love, prayers, and sympathy to the entire Libby family ! God...

Our prayers nd condolences to the Libby Family. Sincerely, Frank & Nancy MacMillan

Our heartfelt prayers go out to the Libby family. I heard the sad news on my way up to Ottawa for Sens Development Camp. It seems ironic in that Mr. Libby made many of us Burlington Youth Hockey players feel as though we were elite prospects.

Uncle Bill was truly a man of conviction. If you were to ask him his opinion, be sure you wanted the answer, as it was always powerful, to the point and mostly, truthful. God Speed Uncle Bill. You will truly be missed by all, but will live in our hearts until we all join together again.

WE ARE CERTAIN THAT TODD MET BILLY AT THE GOLDEN GATES, TOOK
HIM BY THE HAND AND SHOWED HIM AROUND THE HEAVENS, WHAT A
GREAT LOSS. REST IN PEACE DEAR BILLY....TILL WE MEET AGAIN....
