Not sure what to say?

Dr Bill was my surgeon on several occasions. An excellent surgeon and a Godly man. His loss is magnified by the many lives he touched with Gods´ love and Doctor´s compassion. I´m sorry to have been four years late in knowing of his passing. I have thought of him often over the years and was very sorry when he "retired." He had a good life and will always be remembered as the wonderful man he truly was. God bless his family and friends. sean.

I am so sad to hear of Dr Lightfoots passing. He was a Wonderful Physician and I was Blessed to have him as my surgeon. He was very caring and full of light. Heaven has truly gained an Angel. My heartfelt condolences to Dr Lightfoots family and friends.

We had the absolute blessing of being Dr. Lightfoot's neighbor for the past 10 years. He and his entire family have been a source of comfort and love to us throughout the years. He was a true man of God and a wonderful doctor. We will surely miss seeing him walking outside in his "driving cap", headed to church or to play golf.

I knew of Dr. Lightfoot about 10-12, years ago. Dr. Lightfoot did surgery on me, and I never seen a physician pray the way he did over a patient. To make a long story short, I stayed in the hospital about 9 days after the surgery. Dr. Lightfoot came daily to check on me. Then one morning Dr. Lightfoot entered the room and said, “Are you still in here! He opened up the window blinds in my room, and said, “Rise and shine, and give God the glory!” I was discharged that day, and went home with...

I am so thankful I met Dr. Bill, at least a few times at the church too. I thank God for men like him and his brother Dr. Robert D. Lightfoot at Victory Health Partners (who is my doctor!) I share your loss, and knowing he is with Jesus is our comfort. What an awesome family who all share this testimony of Jesus! Praise God for all of you and your obedience and dedication to Him!

My dear husband, Wayne Jones, also a man of deep faith went to heaven on August 25 of this year. Years ago we enjoyed so many USA basketball games with Dr. Bill and his family. I worked in anesthesia in Mobile and provided care for many of his patients. I always found him to be a very caring and giving physician and friend. Although I haven't seen him in a few years Wayne and I spoke of him and Dr. Robert often when talking about USA basketball. I'm thankful that both were Christian men...

Daria, my deepest sympathies to you and your family.

My prayers to Daria and the children. Dr. Bill was a great man and physician. We worked across the hall from each other, many years ago and became friends at that time. He will be greatly missed.
