WILLIAM H. LIPPITT

Thinking of my Grandfather... he and Grandma truly gave such a Legacy of an excitement for life and all the possibilities there are for us to discover! I am so thankful for all the trips to the library... for our walks to "Big & Little," for the memories of times with the family - Christmas and Thanksgiving - and Easter - feasts and gathering of so many hearts. As a little girl, he took me with him to work for a day!! Mom dressed me up, and I accompanied him to the office - and what a day...

Belated, but Mr. Lippitt was a wonderful man, someone I looked up to as a young man. I will always be grateful.

Mother and I were deeply saddened to hear of Bill's passing. While distance and age have often limited our time with Bill, the fact that we were both able to visit with him the last time he was in Dayton reminded us of his loving, generous, upbeat and caring nature we experienced over the years. We both will truly miss him. Our heartfelt condolences and sympathy go out to his family.
