Not sure what to say?

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I know Bill will be missed!

Bill was a very sweet man. I don't think I ever saw him when he didn't have a smile on his face. He will be missed but Heaven has gotten a wonderful addition.
Donna McCray

bill will be missed by everyone that knew him... he blessed many lives including mine... he was a real icon in cowpens and ill always remember him.

we will miss your smile and energy.

BILL was a big part of my growing up in Cowpens. He was a GOLDEN FIXTURE in COWPENS for many, many. He was COWPENS personified. No one who ever knew him could ever forget him. Those who knew him should consider themselves very fortunate. He was a GOOD MAN in the purest sense. He never had an unkind word to say about anyone. GOODBYE, BILL. YOU will be missed.

I first got acquainted with Bill when he worked at Stone's Drug Store and all of the high school kids would go there after school. He always had a smile and a friendly word for all of us!

The thing that stands out the most about him is that he was a Christian person who knew how to appreciate the simple things of life. He was always the same every time you saw him. He was always happy and smiling.

I remember Bill well - who could ever forget him? He was a friend to all - never met a stranger. I finished High School at Cowpens in 1944, during that time and through war time his sister , Sarah, was my good friend. After the war, we lost touch and I didn't even know when she died. Yes, A lot of people will miss Bill - more than can be imagined. My sincere condolences to the family.
Sincerely, Fay M. Donald - Greer, SC

Bill was a wonderful gentle person that touched many lives. It was my pleasure to call him a friend.
Thoughts and prayers for the family during this time. May GOD bless you.

Bill was apart of all of our lives at some time or another; there will never be another like him. But there is certainly no doubt that he's in Heaven now with his family that preceded him.
